Honey Roast Smoked Salmon Pizza

Honey Roast Smoked Salmon Pizza


  • 220g Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 punnet Cherry Tomatoes, cut in half
  • 200g Honey Roast Smoked Salmon or
    Roasted Smoked Salmon
  • 1/4 Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 220g Diced Mixed Peppers
  • 6oz Goats Cheese (Optional)
  • 1-2 Tbsp Capers chopped (Optional)
  • Rocket leaves handful (Optional)
  • Basil leaves handful (Optional) toast etc.

Pizza Sauce:

  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Cloves Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 x 400g can crushed tomatoes
  • 3 Tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1/2 Tsp Dried Oregano or Mixed Italian Herbs

To make the sauce, heat olive oil in a medium fry-pan on medium heat.

Cook garlic for 30-60 seconds. Add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste and dried herbs.

Simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 10-12 minutes until sauce is thick and the
consistency of chutney.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

2 Ingredient Pizza Dough:

This easy 2 ingredient pizza dough recipe made with Greek yogurt and self raising flour.
No yeast, no eggs, no dairy needed to make a thick, chewy and fluffy pizza crust.
Easily made vegan, gluten free, dairy free.


  • 220g Self-Raising flour (gluten-free flour Optional)
  • 250g Greek Yogurt


Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Line a large tray with parchment paper and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine your flour with yogurt and mix very well, until fully
combined. Use your hands to finely mix the ingredients together, until a smooth thick dough remains. Knead it into a ball shape.

Lightly dust a flat surface with flour. Lightly dust some flour on top of the ball of dough and transfer the ball of dough onto the floured surface. Press the dough into a circular, pizza shape.

Transfer your pizza crust onto the lined tray.

Top with toppings of choice and bake for 20-22 minutes, until the edges have gone slightly
golden brown.
